Pros +
- I love the decor both in the room an common areas
- It was clean, nicely decorated. Valets were kind and helpful.
- I liked the design of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and clean!
Cons -
- The views from the room were to the next door building/alley way. No beach views. The rooms were just ok for the cost. Was expecting something more grand for the price. No specialty coffee on site. Room service menu was very limited. Had to walk to a local coffee shop.
- No umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach , apparently they were stolen. Service at the hotel needs more attention. Pool area a bit small and can be crowded fast. Make sure you take a lounge chair as soon as they open , otherwise no space . The sleeping pillows are horrible , very puffy which could give you a neck pain…No early check in , we had to wait until last moment , but that’s provable because it was a Saturday and they were full. I would say overall good experience ,location is great but to be honest it doesn’t meet the 5* yet . I would personally give it a 4*
