- Staff very helpful , breakfast good, view of river excellent
- I loved the location. Our hotel room was beautiful with a view overlooking the Saint Johns river. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

- Nothing negative about the venue or our stay.
- I thought I had paid extra for a higher floor but was put on the 2nd floor. I paid for a room with a view- there was a large tree blocking the view. The room was hot, the a/c was weak. The maids left the floor dirty and made the beds 1 time we stayed 4 ni
- I couldnt change the air conditioning to a higher temp to warm the room . I solved it by putting a pillow over the air vent and pulling curtains over the vent . Would have like to have had a microwave in the room but had coffee pot and fridge
