- Dirty towels, pictures did not reflect the room I booked, supposed to be a queen bed and it was a full, no outlets worked for a blow dryer
- No side doors worked for my key card very inconvenient and toilet barely flushed. Housekeeping didn’t leave towels in the room so once again frequent trips to the front desk
