- Nicely decorated, bar and restaurant was beautiful. Our room was spacious, bathroom as well.
- The cleanliness, hospitality and an excellent shuttle service.
Cons -
- Not as clean and expensive for what they offer
- We stayed on the 6th floor. It was musty smelling getting off the elevator, we saw a large fan going down the hall. Carpeting was very worn. Our room was nice, but the ac/heating was very loud and ran all night. Our bed was pretty firm.
- While the hotel is located in Orlando, the heart of the Hispanic Community in Central Florida, the hotel didn't have, nor did they offer any alternatives in terms of Spanish speaking TV channels or programs. That alone influenced greatly on my rating.
