Clean rooms

We planned a short weekend get away. We were very excited to explore and engaged on all the hotel's amenities. But soo many were closed off. Although we were charged a resort fee, we weren't allowed to use the resort amenities.All all pools + waterslide were closed off. We didnt get to enjoy our time by the pool during our stay. Also, the hotel has signs that lead us to the terrace pool, terrace garden, and tennis court. But all were closed off/under construction. It would've been appropriate to have signs stating that they are currently closed or under construction instead of leading us all the way to blocked off rooms. Also atleast 2 restaurants/bars were closed off: Rocks and coconut poolside Bar.I understand that some are out of their control, but it would've been fair to offer a small refund for the inconvenience (atleast the resort charge fee).If you plan on staying here and wanting to enjoy their amenities, I recommend finding out ahead of time if all will be available. Especially if you plan on traveling with family.s

Location is good, very clean

The hotel is ok, rooms are ok, could be 4 stars.

This is fantastic hotel with great customer service. This trip had a great experience with the head of Customer Service. His name is DJ. He personally took the time to take care of my wife and I; really the sign of a great Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, large and very clean, good attention from the staff and variety of restaurants and shops.

We went on vacation with our children to enjoy the pool, and the first day we arrived from two in the afternoon they had closed the pool because according to them there was a storm but the sky was totally clear and with a lot of sun, and on the second day they also closed the pool around three in the afternoon for the same reason, so we could not enjoy almost anything.

Room was very spacious and was appropriate for our needs. We found comfortable beds and large bathroom and lots of clean towels and even had all of the basics. Body wash, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower cap, and Body Lotion.

No microwave in the room. Could have been a great convenience for me as my very busy schedule made it difficult for me to eat on my normal meal schedule. Often had to bring food to the room to have time to eat it. Ate a lot of cold food. Hotel is very large. almost think it would be great to have an in house shuttle for those with limited mobility. Scooter was not the best option for many.

The external hot tub was not clean. A lot of debris in the water and the cups and food outside were noticeble.Not a healthy place to stay for minutes relaxing

Great location

This is not really a family holiday hotel. It is excellent but I feel the corridors to the rooms look bland and would look better with a little colour or wall fabric.
