Fully renovated hotel in Columbus featuring an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. It also serves a hot continental breakfast daily. Ohio State University is less than 1 mi away. Pros +
- The location is great. Coffee and/or bottled water were included each day. Daily housekeeping is great - a rarity these days.
- The colors of room and the amenities
- The main pool is pretty
Cons -
- I felt pressured to go to the time share meeting, especially when we had just checked into the hotel. It was annoying. In order to get my parking pass, I had to talk to the rep. Other people were given their parking passes right away.
- Frig had a huge dent. The kitchen was a tight squeeze for 2 people but clean.
- The staff did their best to remedy the problem but the place needs renovations. We had a suite and it smelled like animal! After extensive discussion with management they moved us to another Hilton grand site.
