Room only got turned down every other day. Some things didn't work like the electric shades. Pool was not heated and freezing. No utensils or napkins in room. Business center computer didn't work and staff seemed to get no support from hotel owners.

Clean and super close to the airport.

The front desk guy looked like a gangster, did not greet us and gave us a room which was occupied by another guest. Came back down to tell him ( with all our luggage ) No apologies from him. Reassigned another room which was clean and unoccupied.
