- The clean rooms was great
- The room was clean
- Room was spacious and appeared to be clean
Cons -
- The staffing and how they trying to take extra money from us even though we already book though booking.com They gave us trouble all morning forcing us to pay a price that we didn’t need to pay since it was their fault that their system was down.
- Nothing , everything was very good
- We were bitten all night on the bed by some type of bug. It was not bed bugs that we're aware but we both ended up with bites and very itchy. I made the desk person aware and she did not even apologize. She just handed me a card with the number to Corporate but only because I asked her for the number. There were also some automakers ridiculous charges like self parking. Like where would we park if not there so why the charge? Also I was not are there was a state tax. I'm a Florida resident. Not happy at all with our stay. This was the second time and the first time we did not have these issues except for an extremely loud extracter on the 7th floor that ran all day and night. Will not be staying there again.
