- Hotel employee with guest services went out of her way to help me order dinner from the restaurant since I was late checking in after driving all day in the storms on Monday! Hotel employee at the restaurant/bar was also very kind and hospitable!!! I will definitely return:)
- So close to I75, quiet, clean and check out at 12.
Cons -
- Surprised there was no breakfast included at the rate
- I thought it was crazy that the hotel would put two bottled waters in our room and then tell us we were not allowed to drink them. We would have to pay $3.00 for each because we did not have a high enough membership plateau.
- no bus office to print airline tickets. No way to change US bills to lower denominations. No cashier.
