- Proximity to beach
- That I was close to the beaches, but not worth 165$ a night.
- Property was amazing, clean staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Even at 11 at night they would ask if you needed anything if you walked by. Bed were most comfortable! Can’t wait to visit this location again.
Cons -
- The floors were swept but didn’t seem clean
- I had a cockroach in my room??? Also… the second lock that is supposed to be attached to the wall that keeps the door extra secure was missing. That made me very nervous when I slept at night. I had to place dishes in front of the door in case someone tried to unlock the door from the outside. When I tried to use the gym… a man came in after me and got on the treadmill for 2 minutes… then sat on the chair next to the laundry room that faces the gym and stared at me while I worked out. That very chair is next to the door to the lobby… so I was uncomfortable and a little nervous when I left because I had to pass him within a foot of the door. I have to imagine you have cameras in there. If you see a man sitting and watching a woman workout… someone from your staff should have come in??? It’s not right that someone can sit there and not work out… you might want to place the chair inside the laundry area… it made me very uncomfortable.
- The room had a musty order. I had to go buy candles. The room I paid for was a king and the bed was a queen. I went to verify with front desk and they assured me it was a king. They never bothered to come and check. I asked for a pillow to be sent 3 times. The front desk stated they would bring it up that night and never came. The day we checked out there was a cockroach in the kitchen and when we got home we found 2 of them in our bags.
