- The staff was very nice. They took me to the room earlier than scheduled. Everything was great. There was nothing bad.

- The room was not ready when we arrive

- There is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool. If you want an ocean view you have to choose an ocean view room. We had a partial view from our balcony but with the hotel being set a bit off the beach (there is a sort of march lands between the hotel and the beach) from the 12 floor it wasn’t enjoyable to sit on the balcony. There was also construction across the street on our side of the building.
