  • terrible communication
  • Check in wasn’t good. Had to ask pricing and never received print out. Check in lady wasn’t informative or pleasant to talk to. Lady came to my door with clipboard, I thought was checking if we needed anything instead came in my room said ‘what is the view in this room’ she didn’t take a good look felt intimidated as if looking for something in my room. Very unpleasant.
