Great location. In the center of Brickell. The car rental facility (enterprise) in the hotel premises is very convinient.

Breakfast was good, not many options but well balanced. Restaurant has excellent food, not too many options (enough for a 5 star hotel) but every one we tried, was excellent.

Great location as you can safely walk to nice cafes and shopping. Metromover also near by. About 20min by car to South Beach.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Hotel needs a facelift as it is showing it’s signs of age and wear and tear. Valet fee was exorbitant and there were many things that were a lost opportunity for this hotel as far amenities are concerned.

The location is excellent. Wellesley our server during breakfast.
The rooms are SOOOOO dated!! Ours was decked out in the ugliest yellow imaginable. The bathroom was old looking. Light switches from the 90s. The rates charged should more than compensate for a full makeover of this bland hotel. Also, get new toasters that work for your breakfast buffet table. Waited 10 minutes for my bread to toast. I wasn’t alone in this observation.
