- Proximity to where we need to be.
- Very well kept up.The staff at the front desk was very friendly too.We ate in the dining room and the lady that waited on us was so nice and informative.The breakfast was delicious too.
- I really liked the kindness of the staff in the morning; the service was excellent and very attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area, as it was pleasant and well maintained.

- I can’t really say anything bad about it.
- During lunchtime, the experience was not the same, as there was only one person working and she seemed to focus mainly on serving alcoholic drinks instead of helping guests who were waiting for food. In addition, I was surprised that parking was charged even to hotel members, which is not something you would normally expect when staying at a hotel.I would also like to mention that the room I stayed in (724) did not seem to have good sound insulation. The noise from cars, ambulances, and traffic on 40th Street made it difficult to sleep well.
