- They don?t clean the room daily
- Mold and fluid stains on pillow, mold in bathroom shower and extremely poor customer service.
- Even if the sheets were very clean, just under we could see stains on the mattress. For both stays, being 4 guests, we only were provided with 3 towels in the room. It was quickly solved by asking at the front desk.
