- Good
- Group stayed here for an art show at the RPfunding center. We liked our visit to Lakeland
- Nothing it need to upgrade for the price that we had to pay towels was dirty bed was so uncomfortable also need bigger blankets had to bring my own
Cons -
- Nothing everything was out date bed sheets and more need to upgrade and paint 1 elevator was down but only thing was good was the employees everything else was bad
- Nothing it was a horrible hotel bad smell and nasty bathroom

I didn’t like anything about the property. The hallways had a bad odor and the bathroom was filthy. And there were police signs on doors on my floor.
Nothing it was a horrible hotel bad smell and nasty bathroom
