- The hotel is dirty and has roaches and mold in the room. And no one care to fix anything or to refund my money

- I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach on my face. The towel I was given had hair on it, I called the front desk and they told me I could approach the front desk to get a new one. Once I got there they wanted to charge me $1.70 per towel.
- Carpets and paint are old and worn.
