As soon as you walk in, it smells very clean in lobby. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool area was nice. Heated pool and a very cool play area for kiddos. Our AC fan stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night but someone from maintenance came by to look at it within 5-10 minutes of call and he got a us a new room promptly. Even though the breakfast was not included in reservation, it is worth it! Variety of food and tasted great. You will get your money's worth.

Location was great for us- near the people we were visiting. They gave us rooms next to each other. The fridge worked well.
Ice machine out of order. Bed wasn’t very comfortable for some of us- we did sleep fine though.

We arrived early and James at the front desk was very accommodating..nice young man!! Also other staff were very polite and professional..made you welcome. Our room was on 3rd floor towards the back so was very quiet. The surrounding of hotel and rooms was very clean ..no cobwebs or bugs in corridors or stairs!!Thank you!
Renovations are going on for lobby and breakfast area, therfore they are using couple of rooms in the interim. Nowhere to sit to have breakfast...had to take to our room which was awkward.
