Location was great. Free entry to the water park. The restaurant was fantastic.
The shower in the one bathroom did not have hot water. At best it was lukewarm.

Friendly and respectful staff, staff was friendly and informative. The Waterpark was a 3 minute walk from our room, and the staff was respectful, friendly, and informative. Can't wait to go back with the family!!

Nice, spacious accommodations, lots to do at the resort
Our checkout date was incorrect, so that our card key stopped working 2 days early. When we went to get it corrected, there was no apology, just a curt response from the staff. Also, there was very loud construction noise going on in the room above us from 9-5 the last 3 days. When we called to report it, we were met with "Oh well, we can't control what goes on in other rooms." That should not have happened. We paid a good amount of money and expected a peaceful, pleasant stay.

Spacious accommodations.
No hot water in unit (we tried all three bathrooms at different times). Water park closed at 6:45 which is ridiculously early in the summer. Not enough supplies for staying for the week (trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc)

The size of the room and cleanliness. Appeared to be a lot of activities outside.
The rooms are old and need updating. Not sure how it gets such high reviews. 9.1 on the app is way too high. 8.2 is probably a more realistic score. The fact that you must go through a Time Share Spiel upon check-in is also annoying.
