Extended Stay America Select Suites - Orlando - Kissimmee

Not clean, no shower curtain , no toilet paper no one there to provide the items needed.

I loved the location , everything is close by but will not stay here again.

The check in process was a hassle as I requested late check in coming from the Disney Parks and upon arrival no one was at the front desk. Had to call staff through phone in lobby and it took a while to get a hold of her. Once she came down she was very friendly and got me up to my room right away. However the elevators were broken and the room was on third floor. So taking everything up was not fun. Was disappointed and did not feel safe when I arrived to my room and the door would not lock you could push it right open. Had to go back down the stairs to request a room change and then back up the stairs with all my stuff again to the fourth floor where I was finally able to settle in. The hallways and stairs smelled like pet urine so not pleasant at all. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The comfort of the bed was ok. Overall the stay wasn't horrible and great price however I do not see myself staying here again.

Location was great. Easy access to everything you could need. Staff were really nice and helpful.

The room floors were extremely dirty; hotel up keep not well. The grab and go breakfast feels like false advertising. The pans and pots had to be picked up.

When we checked in asked for a deposit we didn’t expect. We had 3 people with us, only 2 towels per room if you need more you have to pay extra. Tv never worked searching for network. Also no hot water. Also no WiFi ,said free breakfast but no breakfast. Worst hotel ever!!!! Also homeless staying on property on car sleeping, and drug deals in parking lot. Not cool when you have a family with kids..

Staff very friendly

No blinds.. parking lot light so bright kept room lite up all night. Free breakfast.. lie. Free cheap little muffin and coffee. Not breakfast!!!! No extra blanket.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable

The breakfast that was included was disappointing. Pre-packaged granola bar, packed instant oarmeal & coffee.I was a single traveler in a wheel chair. The doors were not convenient to open.

The employee at the desk was very friendly and patient. I also like the look of the hotel. It looks new and most everything was in good condition. The location was great as well.

I did not like that it says there was breakfast. When I saw the breakfast, it was coffee, instant oatmeal, and muffins only. This isn't considered breakfast especially when the pictures show different foods. This was a real disappointment.

The room was very nice and the hotel was extremely clean , bed was very comfortable and the staff were super nice and friendly making my stay pleasurable

Breakfast I think should have a juice offering , apple or orange juice

The location was decent.

I understand this property is pet friendly, but the whole hotel shouldn’t smell like animals. The elevators smells like marijuana. The hall floors are dirty; & the beds was very uncomfortable.
