Good location, easy to walk around Old Town area.

Had some noisy neighbors but the staff moved us to another room when we asked.

The breakfast bag - adorable and super cute loved that. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, showers were large and roomy. The shampoo conditioner and lotion scents - and how my hair felt afterwards- 10/10 I already looked up the company to see if I could order the set - the website doesnt list the Soaps! Obsessed with the marine scent and it was PERFECT for the location. Walkable distance from downtown and close enough to even get to boat tours and ect if you arent limited mobility.

The back side of the sliding door was a little dirty - but I can see how it would be easily missed, the grout in the shower could use a touch up, and the ac was condensing liquid dripped on the floor making a small puddle. The tv wasnt a smart TV to allow me to cast my own TV shows. None of these were truly unacceptable but all would have made a slightly better impression.

Everything, the location is great. It was very clean and convenient. We had four rooms for our family and we loved it.

Great location for walking to the Dry Tortugas ferry. Large, clean rooms. Kind staff.

The AC wasn't working at 100%, but we were able to sleep despite that.

I visited Just off season (early May 2025), so the price was not elevated to levels of expense compared to what it can demand during high season. Basically(without doing the math), between a third and a half off price for the one bed “Queen Conch “ room. The location was great. I walked from the key west express ferry station within about 0.2 miles. The property was situated in easy walking distance from the downtown Key West attractions, such as Duval Street and historic interest (if you’re into that). The cruise ships terminal is also within walking distance.

It could be challenging for someone who can’t handle stairs if you don’t ask for a ground floor room.

The staff were amazing! They were so nice and very accommodating. The breakfast set up in the morning was nice. Coffee, juice, fruit, pastries and yummy breakfast sandwiches. The only criticism about the breakfast set up is there was no place to sit. They had one round table with stools. We tried to sit at the pool to eat but there wasn’t enough seating. The bedrooms were neat and clean and the room we had was big, 2 queens separated by a wall for privacy and a little kitchen area. I can’t say enough good about the staff and maintenance crew. Our internet was out and they sent someone right away to fix it.

The lack of seating in the room or in the breakfast area made it very uncomfortable, there’s was no place to eat and you had to sit on the edge of the bed. The pool area was nice but limited seating there as well. A chair or two in the room would have been nice. My husband has a bad back and he was very uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was the bathroom. It was so outdated and old and the water pressure was non-existent. Also, our internet went out, they fixed it, and it went out again the next day. This is a lovely property, it just needs some upgrades and an area to enjoy breakfast.
