Location was excellent. Small beach but plenty of loungers. Plenty of parking. Good sized family rooms.
Damp smelling reception was a poor first impression.

The rooms was lovely, clean and comfortable. The grounds and landscaping was beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff was courteous, friendly and accessible. We enjoyed the pool, beach and on location beach bar and the Chart Room. We just got home and we're already planning our next stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the ocean-front rooms have wonderful views of the bay, and you enjoy an amazing sunset. The staff was courteous and friendly.
The bed mattress was not as comfortable, and some areas in the room were not as clean - could use some updates. Meal prices were on the higher side but expected based on the location.

Location is good
Lounge Chairs by the pool are very soiled and outdated, as is the pool. The Air conditioner in the room is very very loud, very hard to sleep. Limited amenities for the price. Would not stay here again for $400 a night......

We have been coming to the Pier House for many years and we love it. It is truly our favorite place to stay in Key West. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious. I love the outdoor patio. The pool setting is very comfortable and the beach is awesome as well.

Loved the comfort of room, the beds were so comfortable. Had a great night sleep. The room was very clean. The beach area was very inviting and the service was perfect. Would stay there again.
Honestly I can't think of anything that I didn't like because I had such a lovely stay.
