Beautiful location and very clean.

For the price, breakfast should at least be included. There was no Do Not Disturb door hanger. The coffee maker didn’t work properly. The iron leaked out water when trying to iron my dress using the steam function. The elevator was broken so I had to drag my heavy bag down the stairs by myself.

Great location, nice decor in room, clean, nice style. The young man and woman on reception in the afternoon check in were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. Waited 30mins for our order despite only 5 tables being occupied. Poor quality cooking, eggs underdone, crab cake overloaded with citrus flavour made it sour and sharp. We had the breakfast rate included in our stay but it was confusing the breakfast staff presented us with a full bill so I had to strike it out.

Location and size of room. Also loved the turtle sanctuary and the fact we could do excursions right from the hotel!! The only disappointment was Four Flamingos restaurant on property. It was over priced and not great.

All was good

This location is perfect! It's so close to Duval Street and right around the corner from the marina which has amazing restaurants and bars! We loved to eat and watch the boats come in. It is also just across the street from amazing shopping. We walked everywhere! It was my first time in Key West and my husband's fourth. He has stayed at the Hyatt Centric in the past. This hotel and location will not disappoint!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved our room with the balcony. We were able to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats come and go. It's just an absolutely beautiful location and hotel!

The location and proximity to all the local attractions.

The beach was almost inaccessible. It was advertised as a private beach but it was so small that we couldn’t enjoy it or most days even get to it.

Amenities and location very good.

Entry door was misaligned and windows are very dirty. Staff pulled blinds down to hide it. The sliding door slides on the inside of the stationary section. I got my fingers caught in it a few times.
