Pros +
- Traveling with my 87 yo father, we arrived before 3 but the clerk admitted us so my dad could lay down and gave us a room near the front. Very grateful. Location was short walk to everything in key west. Awesome pool, good breakfast.
- Our flight home was delayed and they were very good about letting us hang out by the pool and hold our bags in the office. Location is also awesome
- Very friendly and efficient check in, hotel itself is very clean and modern. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Cons -
- Our hotel room was newer and cost less last year. The room this year needed a clean rug and there is a major soft spot in the floor between the bathroom sink area and bed area. Parking should be free if it is a first come basis.
- I've traveled exclusively for over two years, here and abroad. The mattresses at this hotel are by far the worst!! One was completely collapsed and should have been replaced years ago. Neither mattress should ever have been used.
- Next time I¿ll request a room on the second floor so it will be quieter.
