I like it's location. How friendly staff at the front desk was.
There was no complimentary lotion or water in my room. How expensive stuff is in the commissary.

The employees are so nice. The location is excellent. I really like it. I wish they offered free breakfast too.
The room smells bad, like humidity when we arrive. I have to spray it with my deodorant to change the smell.

They were having water problems, and I couldn’t get a hot shower. They did refund us $40.00 because of the hot water situation

Beds are comfortable, and lay out of room is very spacious. Not to far from Jax port either.
