The location was great! Less than a 5 minute drive to the Carnival Cruise Port, restaurant was right next door, and a gas station was right up the road.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to get to the store. Great place to stay for us as the cruise port was 2 minutes away. Will book again on my next cruise!!
I received a call from a staff member at 5:30am saying my booking was not going through. I booked through Booking.com. The staff member said booking.com didn't do something and I would have to pay extra. She tried calling them. I end up calling back to the hotel around 9am and another staff member said everything was fine with my booking. I booked back in March and for something to be wrong the day I was leaving North Carolina to come to your hotel was nerve racking. I was better after I was told everything was ok. If something is wrong with a booking please let people know in a timely manner. Everything else was great for our stay.

This hotel is affordable with excellent customer service from the staff. We booked for a deluxe room with queen beds for a day. The space is adequate, equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, aircon and comfortable beds. On top of that, the parking is free. Bathroom amenities are also good, plenty of supplies to use. We loved our stay!
The breakfast is okay. However, the pancake machine is awesome but the end product tastes bland. It says in the pictures bacon but didn’t find any in the menu, a little bit disappointed. Also, I recommend checking the biscuits before serving since some of it were stale and hard. In addition, when we enter the room it has a strange, old smell from the inside but goes away after turning the aircon.

Great breakfast, fresh made pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs, turkey sausage, yogurts and fruit. Good sized rooms.
A little dated and dirty in the rooms. Not super clean. Not close to restaurants or anything else.

Room was spacious and comfortable Bed was very comfortable
The tub had a handicapped rail that ran over the top of the handle that turns on the water which made it nearly impossible to fully adjust the water temperature
