We did not buy breakfast. Very expensive. Like microwave and fridge in room. Love having carpet on floor. Spacious room and comfy beds

We could not get the door open. The lock on the door appeared to have been cored out. I was unable to turn the lock which seemed very unsafe. The tv left a white light the size of the screen that would not go out the entire night. A towel did not solve the problem. It was not clear which heat source worked. The thermostat on the wall would go no higher than 65. Hmm it was 45 outside.

Rooms felt damp and the carpet always seemed a bit wet. The hotel does not respond to messages or emails. You have to call them directly. They don’t care about their arrangement with Booking.

Location was good overall. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous. Nice Starbucks in lobby.

No courtyard or nice outside area. Room furnishings sparse- should have had at minimum a chair in the room.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We got food from the lobby and it was ok. Not really worth the price paid for it. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. We would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Jax port.

The price of the food was too high for the quality.

Everything about this location was perfect. From checking in to the comfort of the bed, it was simply an overall good experience. Juvonyah, the front desk clerk, was super sweet & accommodating. She made sure my stay was comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that someone made 2 charges to my room from the downstairs Cafe. It took about a week to get my money back. I'm not sure how it was possible when IDs should have been checked before charging something to the room.

good convenient location

The pool was very dirty with green water and you couldn’t see the bottom. They were hairs in the bathroom. There is no slip mat in the tub and the tub was very slippery. The table lamp did not work. The room smelled like a previous smoker or some sort of really weird air freshener.
