The beds and room was comfortable. Location was okay.
The breakfast was the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE DAY. The house keeping staff also didnt have any boundaries. They knock once and ENTER UR ROOM. Which is very upsetting

I love the in house restaurant Burgers and Brews that have you wanna run back. The hotel is always friendly and clean. The front desk made it easy to check for me even if I'm running late to come.

The location is great. Central to everything we need like downtown or the Mayo Clinic.
It is in desperate need of updating. Especially new mattresses & pillows. We value a good night's sleep & the mattresses were hard & lumpy & no matter what pillows we tried they all went flat. The room was very dark as well. Although it was spotless clean the paint was in terrible condition as you can see in my pictures.

Great location and friendly staff. Also the room was clean and comfortable beds .
They charged my card twice and the hot tub and pool needed some cleaning so we wasn’t able to get inn .

This hotel was a great find. It's hidden behind a car dealership, but close to the interstate. Very clean, well-appointed and the staff was friendly. We come to Jax a few times a year and will stay again.
