- The location was good right off the highway, the room was adequate, the bathroom was tiny but sufficient for one night. The room and bath were very clean. The complimentary ice cream cups were a nice touch.

- The "beach" was non-existent, the area set apart for the "beach" stank of dead rotting fish and the chairs in the area were torn up and worn and the "breakfast" was barely continental, and the prepackaged offerings were super stale - not edible.
- Ice maker broken for years you have to buy ice at hotel. Pool was not heated or taken care of.
- The Bed was so squeaky. No table or chair in room. Small pool. Adjoining rooms. No outside sitting area on the ocean.
