Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront

Place is old and needs an update. Don’t like the outside doors. No light when you get off the elevator. Location is great, but there are better hotels down the beach.

Excellent balcony view immediately above a nice beach. Suite room was spacious and comfortable. Near but not impacted by shopping and restaurants. Nice front desk personnel.

Room housekeeping is on third day. It seems cheap to skimp on this. A quick towel and trash pickup would provide a better stay, and despite the loss of a bit of profit, would keep an eye on the wear and tear on the rooms. The housekeeper was on our floor all afternoon anyway and I’d have tipped. If one relies on the house shampoo and gel, you’ll have to ask for more than is first set out. Also, the HVAC was fairly loud.

On the beach

The smell in the hotel was unpleasant and ai must have missed that they are renovating which left the room under dust each day.

We love this property and return year after year to celebrate our anniversary! This year was no exception! The room, the location (8th floor), the view, and the check in/out was perfect.

What wasn't perfect was that I mislaid our 2 jackets down on the back of the living room chair as we were walking out and forgot them when we left. I called the hotel as soon as I noticed they were missing and gave them our room number but "no one" found them. I called again the next day, still no jackets. I find it unacceptable that the housekeeping would not turn them in to the lost and found. It makes me wonder who they are hiring to come into the rooms and what else they are taking from guests.
