Pros +
- Very friendly staff. Convenient to I-4 and Winter Haven (where I was working).
- Close to where I needed to be.
- Booked this LAST minute: They IMMEDIATELY called to say the room was smoking and is that ok? Well, of course that sucks, but it is what it is, so she offered to get the ac running and wash the comforters for us before we checked in. A+++ AWESOME Service!!
Cons -
- The big bummer was, even on Google Maps, it was described as having a pool, but when I got there, the pool was filled in with dirt, like they may be doing away with the pool. Towels a little thin but that's nitpicky. Great interactions with staff!
- What I expected.
- It's an older building but so what? It was clean, in a convenient location, they were super accommodating, and it was totally affordable. I'd def stay here again.
