Location and the staff.Hotel employee checked us in and was awesome. He was friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to get things done for us.
My room and bathroom were spacious. I loved the natural light coming in from my window during the day.
Staff was professional, helpful and kind.

Cons -

Rooms are not that upscale
There were small brown stains on my toilet when I entered the bathroom for the first time.
