- No complimentary drinking water for room they still haven?t given my $100 deposit back I usually get the morning I leave
- Could easily hear adjacent rooms.
- Zero customer service. Front desk never picked up the phone after 15 attempts. No wifi, no room service. There was no one manning the front desk. Im sorry but how is this a 5 star hotel? The room was a joke, lacked furniture, everything looked cheap.
