Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee. Daily housekeeping services are available at an additional charge. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted. For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability. Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available. Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Security Deposit: A standard security deposit of USD 100 is required for every check-in. All guests must provide this deposit, which will be refunded after checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted. Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
