Pros +

• Housekeeping came made bed but left garbage in room and dirty coffee cups. Left wet towels and didn?t replenish coffee or towels. Went front desk and lack of English no change made. Days of wet towels and asking of clean towels.
• We stayed 4 days and after day 2 still no housekeeping, we asked at the front desk and you have to ask: WE ASKED No signs or verbal interaction that we had to ask; though signs everywhere how we can tip housekeeping. We asked and still none!
• Clean, Friendly staff

Cons -

• I?m handicap and asking and then taking to my room coffee and clean towels was hard. 3 days of no housekeeping and lack of care from from desk leads me to not want to stay,
• The lack of respect and understanding of no housekeeping. Four days of wet towels in the room smelled musty. We had to ask for new towels and coffee for 4 days. We asked for housekeeping and still none. Though signs everywhere how to tip housekeeping.
• I was charged twice for the one night I stayed, and when I called to try to get the problem resolved, I was told their system was down, and I would get a call when the system came back up. This is unacceptable!!! I need this problem solved!!!!
