Just a great location and all the hotels staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
After booking I received an email about upgrading room which I did only to find out upon checking in that it wasn't available.

The location is excellent and very close to great restaurants and bars. Service on the beach and at the pool was awesome. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. Very friendly atmosphere and would definitely return someday soon!

The property is beautiful and centrally located to all the restaurants and bars. The staff is so lovely and knowledgeable. The room is clean and so much room. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in.

Clean, spacious rooms
We didn’t receive room service on our second day, despite calling and requesting it multiple times.The staff at the pool and beach could also be more attentive. After 9:30 AM, it’s nearly impossible to find an umbrella. The number of umbrellas compared to available chaise lounges is surprisingly low and needs improvement. Many chairs and all cabanas are reserved for additional fees—even for hotel guests—on top of the already hefty $150 daily resort fee.Additionally, the property allows outside visitors with day passes, which adds to the crowding. Depending on your expectations for a luxury beach resort, these may be significant drawbacks.

Only one elevator for so many floors is not enough. It takes too long and the wait is long
