Quiet, residential, peaceful location. Bed was very firm and comfortable for my bad back.
The bath towels were old and not good quality. No shampoo or even a bar of soap.

The property is located in a beautiful area , and minutes away from the beach and downtown area. The place itself is clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable and pretty looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was serviced every day. We had a little area outside the room where we had our coffee and enjoyed the morning sun. We also used the pool which, was clean and very enjoyable. Parking is available. Staff is friendly and eager to please. I certainly do recommend it and plan to return when in FLL.

What an amazing place, truly a rare gem. Beautiful property, fantastic location. The room was looking even better than on the photos, spotless cleaning and interior. The office staff were friendly, kind and helpful.
The only thing was the mosquitoes around the pool and boatyard at sunset, it’s not the hotel’s fault really.

Villa was bigger than expected. Perfect location about 1 mile to the beach and Las Olas. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is amazing (calm beatiful exterior, close to a lot things by car, well apointed room). Nice pool area. Excellent staff.
The beds are not comfortable (need to be changed).

Perfect location, walking distance from the downtown. At the same time, it is a quiet place, with a view on a canal, with its own pool and bbq area. The manager of the hotel, Oksana, is the best, cheerful, and ready to help anytime. She knows the location very well and gives super tips about the places you can visit and have fun.

In a lovely part of Fort Lauderdale. Walkable to both beach and Las Olas Boulevard. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
