The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the beach.

Garbage bin collection at dawn on saturday morning. Terrifying noise plus when the truck shook the bin it rattled the whole building room.

Great location in a nice area. Very convenient to the Bonnet House. Comfortable bed and excellent AC.

Be prepared to do a bit of climbing if you are on the 3rd floor as there no elevator.

Basic but well-maintained and moderately comfortable hotel for a short stay. Great location in a peaceful, safe Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, just one block from the beach. A few parking spots available near the hotel. A small but nice swimming pool with sun chairs around, surrounded by many tropical trees that give a lovely vibe. Fast and easy check-in. Sweet and friendly front desk staff. My Studio with King Bed (#206) was spacious and very clean. Both air conditioner and a fan-lamp in the room. Comfortable King bed. Large refrigerator that could fit a lot of drinks. Closet section was big and included a luggage bench. The bathroom was spacious and had a medium-size bathtub. The bathroom amenities were of good quality and had a pleasant scent. The hotel’s Wi-Fi worked fast. There was a 24-hour front desk, and someone was always there even late at night.

My room (#206) was not soundproof; I could clearly hear noise from the outside walkway. The only window in the room faced the walkway, so people could see inside, leaving me with no privacy; because of that, I had to keep the curtains closed, which made the room dark with no natural daylight. The room felt a bit worn out overall and could use a facelift. There were just a few hangers in the closet. Old yellow hairdryer that didn’t work well, plus, no toilet brush in the bathroom. Thin, cheap-quality bathroom towels. The rate I paid - $127 per night including taxes and fees - was overpriced for such a basic hotel; I believe the price should be about half.

The service was great. The location is great.

The room was a bit tired. Very thin walls, so it felt that the people in other room or outside were talking or making noise in my room. Toilet kept running (it was running, when I arrived), it had to be pushed in a special way for the water to stop.
