Very clean and good location

Area very clean inside and out. Is an older building. Basic necessities in room. TV hard to figure out channels. Small refrigerator was noisy all night. Pools looked extremely nice, we did not use. Staff very friendly. Hotel is one block off main road, very quiet. Restaurant nearby had excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent.

The A/C wasn't working properly .

HOUSEKEEPING!!!From the moment that you walked into the entry way to that leads to your rooms door you just smell the smell of cleanliness!! The rooms are so clean and the bedding is so clean. I have stayed at 5 star resorts that I have not felt this clean. BRAVO to the housekeeping staff that were on duty while we were there and to whoever did room 4106 (i think that was our room number). I left a note but I was there to help my elderly mother deep clean her hoarder style apartment and walking into a room with a freshly made bed (and the last day even did flower towels on my bed) and the clean smell actually made me cry one day after I had been cleaning for 9 hours. The hotel is just perfect. What a great find. It has parking for $10 a day, a small pool and hot tub. It is just a block from the beach. There are numerous places along the beach to enjoy a meal. The lobby has towels to use for the pool area and the beach. The hotel has several other hotels in the area and you have access to them so you can use the gym/pools at them as well. The gym is at 2 other properties. If I have to come back I will 100% check availability here first.

In our bathroom there was a window in the shower that had a filmcling on the window for privacy BUT someone had torn it in 2 areas to see out. This just made me feel creepy if I had wanted to shower with the lights on at night. I put some tissue over the tear marks and just showered without the lights.

It is quaint and good looking boutique hotel with great location. Everything is around to enjoy.

It’s and older hotel and with minor renovations that need to be done in the bathrooms showers.

Location is great and the concept of the little apartment also great for families and friends.

I didn’t like the apartments are a little run down and when I checked in, I didn’t get the rooms I originally rented. Also, the party in the main master suite was very loud and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

I was in Room 1202 and it was great, spacious, large comfortable double bed, cold a/c, ceiling fan, large TV, walk in shower, large mirrors, seating area with settee, chair and table. There was a microwave, a full size UK style fridge and a toaster. An ironing board and iron were provided, as well as an in room safe. The hotel is part of an area which includes restaurants, bakery, shops for provisions where you get 10% discount if your show your North Beach Village key card..

There were no utensils such as knife, fork, spoon, plates or mugs and there was no information in the room as if these were available or whether you could use the towels in the room by the pools, but I can't mark it down for that.

Our shower did not work properly (the control was stuck), the drain in the shower didn’t not work at all, and the room’s floor was filthy. Not bad for the price and location, but the stay we had was pleasant at best. The highlight of our stay though was breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing! My kids inhaled the thick pancakes.

Great location, clean and spacious room. Hot tub is superb. Overall excellent hotel way more than I expected!

The bed was too soft and the room was too dark.

Location is fantastic. Staff was really helpful. Plenty of eating options around.

Windows need to be changed since are old.
