- The housekeeping staff was amazing!
- The person checking us in was nice.
Cons -
- The room had a bad smell, dusty, the refrigerator was loud, pillows were on the floor, didn?t feel secure ( my key opened someone?s room), the room door was hard to open and close, and hear could hear loud noises in the hallway.
- Nothing the place is extremely out dated, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Would like a partial refund for misleading info. The buttons on elevator don?t light up, no bell hop, there we bugs in my room got bit. The photos are total misleading.
- There is NO way this should be a 4 star hotel. It was dirty, there was drywall and paint all over the floor, the shower was gross and our security lock wouldn?t engage. We arrived at 10:30 pm and left by 11:15 after booking another hotel.
