Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown/Las Olas

Great location, super comfortable and clean.

Nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. Very nice staff.

Once drawback. Our room was facing the A1 road. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was A LOT of noise. Cars and motorcycles were sprinting and racing down the road from 11 pm to 3h30 am. Very noisy as most were souped-up cars. Made sleeping very difficult.

This Fairfield is located just a short walk from all the action on Las Olas Blvd. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and professional. If you have your car there are 15 minute parking slots right outside of the lobby to use while checking in. The hotel parking is right there and was $30 per night The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. The beds were a little hard for me but both my wife and daughter slept well. Nice size bathroom with plenty of hot water. Free breakfast was included and was scrambled eggs, sausage paddy on a biscuit, oatmeal, various breads and fruit, good coffee. This hotel is very reasonably priced for the excellent location.

This hotel has a great location easily accessed a few miles off I 95, but right near the heart of Las Olas Blvd. When you pull into the entry theres a visitors 15 minute parking area for convenience. Checking in was fast and the two level parking lot is part of the hotel building, very convenient, $30 per night. Our room was immaculate, new carpet comfy beds and pillows. micro, coffee maker and frig. Big bathroom with off the charts water pressure and plenty of hot water. Shower designed thoughtfully so you can turn on the shower without getting wet like so many hotels, my wife liked that. Bed was comfy, AC worked great. For anyone interested in staying near Las Olas Blvd without paying the exorbitant hotel prices, this place is for you. The breakfast was very good, hot scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, oatmeal, breads and fruits and much more. The Gold Lion bar at the Riverside Hotel, which has a great and amazingly inexpensive happy hour, is just a short walk away. Las Olas Blvd is within footsteps. Don't think twice about booking a room here, it's a great hotel at a great price!

Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to Las olas for all the restaurants and stores Cvs across the street. Easy uber to beach.Loved the morning breakfast too..

The hotel is small, the area for the breakfast has few tables and chairs. Lobby very small and all in general a 2 start hotel, but the rate is so expensive that applies more for a 3 or 4 start hotel with better facilities.
