- Everything and every single thing One of the best hotel experiences ever
- The staff were nice at times. The historuc vibe was enjoyable.
- The bed comfort was amazing. Best two nights sleep that I've had in quite a while. Great (and reasonably priced) weekend brunch/bloody-mary. The rooftop lounge is tops as well. No charge bike rental was a nice touch. We will stay there again!
Cons -
- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Charged twice for the room. In all there was $1200 charged to my card that they couldn't explain. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting for it all to be returned!!
- I always hate to have no option but to pay to park. Fees were reasonable ($15 per day) but I hate having to get my keys each time I need something from the car. The pool isn't heated and no hot tub would be my only real gripes, but not a deal breaker.
- They take an incidental charge credit card. Beware that the treats in the room, including water will be an additional charge. I think that a hotel such as this should at a bare minimum provide 2 generic bottles of water complimentary for guests.
