- Rates were good, and location was great

- Location one block off the pier.
Cons -
- Did not stay at this hotel. Could not change my room to a 5 person room.
- Bigger breakfast option
- There was a gap between the floor and the bottom of the door of about 1/4" - 1/2" that you could see light from the outside allowing bug and outside elements into the room. I had to stuff my somewhat clean towels under the door. Hotel room was run down.
