- Orange juice machine not working. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited.
- Booked and paid for a king room but were given a queen. Were woken up 3 times during the night because desk agent that checked us in put us in one room but recorded it in a different room on the pc and the reassigned the room to a different customer.
