- Location was good for the purpose of this trip. Rooms were very nice.
- The location, they gave us 2 free waters, the roll in shower was perfect, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice
- Bed was ok
Cons -
- Room I was checked into had a bad heater. Had to pack my things at 11:30 pm, move myself to a new room. I am 77, handicapped, was very difficult. A/C did not work in the second room. No one in hotel management seem to care, or even offer an apology.
- The sliders didn?t open. The housekeeping staff had their break room close to our room and it was very loud. Also, they came in the room twice after we said we didn?t need service and we were checking out in a few minutes.
- The bathroom tub was in need of replacement. It had surface staining and damage. It detracted from the rest of the bathroom.
