- The neighborhood was sketchy. The hotel lobby was under construction. The sinks in the bedrooms did not drain. The strong smell of fresher in the hallways gave me a headache. The bartender was EXTREMELY rude!!! The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed
- The waitress in the breakfast restaurant was rude and unprofessional. She acted as if we were bothering her. In addition, her black shirt had been cut off in the back and her stomach and back exposed. Not the quality of service normally received.

I asked for vacuum never got it Ask for cleaning no one never came in cleaned my room I called front desk from 9am til 3pm I even called corporate in I have a claim withthem I also called for general manager in still haven’t gotten a call or email back
