- Ms. Hetty, hotel front desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed speaking to her and she made me feel very comfortable. She was able to help me when my room key when is became inoperable prematurely on stay day #1 12/25.

- Room is showing its age. I understand it is getting remodeled. Hopefully that works
- My experience with the check-in front desk clerk on 12/24 evening was not friendly. He had a flat and un-interested approach. The next day, my hotel key did not work although I was scheduled for a 2-night stay.
