Staff very polite and friendly ?

I was expecting to spend time in the rooftop but I was told it's not ready yet. I was a little disappointed because the advertisement showed something different ?

First room didn’t have sofabed so need to change room after first night

Great location… close to everything..parking is $62 a day kinda expensive… but no street parking all was full .

The BED was rock hard … felt like I was sleeping on rocks !!! The pull out bed was better than the king bed !!!! Worst sleep ever!!!! I’ve slept better in tents camping!!!!

The modern deco of the room, the patio outside of the bar near the lobby, the little buyable amenities in the lobby, the suite size. The staff were all friendly, helpful and kind.

The toilet flow (has to flush 3-4 times), sink slow drained, shower door would leak all over bath room so the floor was always soaked wasting all the towels. They double charged my credit card the next night for the full stay, using all my vacation money making me rely on my husband for buying anything

The hotel was amazing we booked it last minute. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast .

The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions we had to take Uber rides

The breakfast was good. One morning there wasn't any food left and service was pretty slow. The room was clean. The location was perfect for our needs. The rooftop terrace was clean and the view was great.

We asked for an extra bed. Our room was meant for four people but there was room for only 3 of us to sleep. The bed wasn't given to us because the hotel was overbooked because of the July 4th.

Friendly service and beautiful location

Had issues with the hot water in the shower taking forever to warm up. I think it was due to the renovations going on.

Good things about breakfast: coffee, variety of milk & cream on ice, real plates, variety of meat, other food choices, variety of fruit. Best server: Guiermo(sp?) Very helpful & courteous & friendly! He is the best & represents Hyatt very well.

It would have most hospitable for a decanter of water (w/cups & napkins) to be always available @ front desk. We only saw it once for a little while, was carried away & not returned. The lobby decor was very sterile, institutional & unwelcoming. Very few plants; More live plants & greenery in the lobby would make it much more inviting & friendly! Front desk receptionists need to be easier to understand & wear professional attire (dress shirt & tie w/ jacket for guys & blouse & jackets for women to create a cohesive, well thought out & respectful presentation.
