- The staff - from front desk to coffee shop to Restaurant - everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I would rate the staff 15/10!
- Staff was super friendly and welcoming, after a long day of driving it was nice to be greeted with a smile and such great customer service.
- Location and patio restaurant
Cons -
- More of a preference - I wish there were umbrellas available at the rooftop pool. Personally I need a little shade when I'm by the pool.
- Hallways are so dark it is disturbing. Cavelike. Rooms are also decorated with very dark colors and low ceilings. Also, the facility is beginning to look a little beat. Elevator floors were in very poor condition and room carpeting was soiled.
- Only valet parking available at extra charge
