- Love the new look of your restaurant
- It was amazing to be able to WALK to our hotel room from our gate at the airport, and to walk there the next morning for our early flight. Given the convenience, I didn't expect the hotel to be so good, but the room was spacious and very well designed. Best thing was that the hotel restaurant was amazingly good! Will definitely stay here again if we ever come to Hartford.
- The location is great, which is what you're paying for here - nice to walk to the terminal, not needing to go outside in the cold weather at 4:30 am to catch my early flight.
Cons -
- The facility is showing its age - all the fans (heat, fridge) are very loud - to the point that I needed to turn the heat off at night to be able to sleep. I was expecting a nicer physical locale for the high price.
- Would like to have wheel chairs there that could be left at the airline your flying with.

The food was good but the restaurant was closed for renovations.
Would like to have wheel chairs there that could be left at the airline your flying with.
